Hi, I’m Emily.
I’m a motherhood coach, yoga therapist, and doula supporting women through every chapter of motherhood—fertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the lifelong journey of parenting. With a master’s in psychology focused on the mind-body-spirit connection, I combine evidence-based coaching and yoga therapy to help you navigate the big emotions, shifting identities, and daily stressors that come with motherhood.
My work is grounded in compassion, humor, and a deep belief in your resilience. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just a little off-center, I’m here to help you find your balance—so you can feel more like yourself again.
