I’m a motherhood coach, yoga therapist, and doula supporting women through every chapter of motherhood: fertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the lifelong journey of parenting. With a master’s in psychology focused on the mind-body-spirit connection, I combine evidence-based coaching and yoga therapy to help you navigate the big emotions, shifting identities, and daily stressors that come with motherhood.
