Motherhood and Mental Wellbeing Lecture 4: Navigating Mom Rage – Understanding, Processing & Healing Anger

Mom rage—those moments of intense frustration or anger—can feel isolating, especially when it's met with societal judgment. In this session, we’ll explore the science behind anger and how it manifests in motherhood. You’ll learn about the root causes of mom rage, including stress, sleep deprivation, and the emotional labor that goes unacknowledged. This lecture will provide a compassionate space to reflect on your own triggers and experiences with anger. We’ll also introduce healthy ways to process and channel this emotion, including mindfulness techniques and practical tools for responding to frustration with greater awareness and self-regulation, rather than reacting impulsively.

This event will be recorded if you sign up and can’t join live.
