About Emily
Hi, I’m Emily Gold—a mom of two, certified yoga therapist, doula, and coach specializing in supporting women through every stage of motherhood. Originally from New York and now based in Brussels, I bring together science, spirituality, and real-life experience to help women feel more connected, resilient, and at home in themselves.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2003, and my personal healing journey began in my 20s after facing health challenges that led me to meditation and yoga as powerful tools for support. Over the years, I’ve trained in Hatha, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and Womb Yoga, eventually becoming a certified yoga therapist in 2017. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and always rooted in meeting people exactly where they are.
In 2022, I earned my Master’s in Psychology, focusing on the intersection of mind-body connection and motherhood. That work deeply informs my coaching practice today—where I support mothers through the emotional, physical, and identity transformations that come with matrescence. Whether you're navigating fertility, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, or the ongoing evolution of motherhood, I’m here to help you find steadiness, clarity, and self-compassion.
My mission is to hold space for women to feel empowered, supported, and seen—through 1:1 coaching, birth preparation, yoga therapy, and embodied practices that promote resilience and balance.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me reading, knitting, or spending time with my husband, our two kids, and our Ethiopian rescue dog, Puddles.
