When signing up for a workshop, retreat or training or membership with Emily Gold Yoga please note that we can only provide a full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date(less a 20% +BTW admin fee). For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% +BTW admin fee). If the event is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.  Participants are required to purchase and show proof of travel insurance before attending all retreats. 

When signing up for a membership program please note that we can only provide a refund (less a 20% +BTW admin fee) within 14 days of your initial sign up date.

Yoga and meditation are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga and meditation are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. By agreeing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such programs. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my agreement to this statement verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga or meditation and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Emily Gold Yoga
