Motherhood is often depicted in a glowing positive light that doesn’t match the reality many mothers around the world are feeling. The truth is most moms are burned out and overwhelmed. Social media makes them feel like they are the only ones to feel this way, and feel guilty that they don’t always enjoy being a mom! Having worked with moms for over a decade, and being a mother of 2, I want to change the dialogue on what it means to mother. I want to explore ways to find more of the good and managee more of the bad. I want to help you reconnect with who you were before you were a mom, so you can find more ease as a mother, and as a person. And I want you to feel less alone!
