I am excited to once again be offering group Postnatal Yoga Classes. Such classes are wonderful ways to learn to bond with your baby AND your postnatal body, all while connecting with other new parents.
Group Yoga Therapy Classes run Mondays 10:30-11:30
€20/class or 5 sessions for €90
Merode/Montgomery Location, accessible by metro, bus and tram.
Please note:The entrance requires 3 steps + and classes will be held on 2nd floor. Strollers can be left on the ground floor and if you can, consider babywearing.
